Success Isn't a Number, It's a Changed Life

We opened our doors in October 2017 inside a shed that was roughly 600-square-feet. It was cozy, simple, and exactly what we needed to get started. We’re forever grateful for that space!

The Early Days

In our first month, we had five people in our group class and we were over the moon! Maybe a little terrified, too. But we held on to hope and trusted that if we stayed patient and committed to our mission, it would grow. Our goal was (and still is) to help people move better through life.

Less than six months later, we outgrew that original space and moved into our current location. During that first year, we made a few key changes like adjusting early morning class times and adding a mid-morning option based on member feedback. We also continued building out our equipment to allow for more variety in our workouts.

Learning to Meet People Where They Are

In the beginning, we were so eager to introduce people to this style of fitness that we didn’t have much of an onboarding process. It was basically:
“Show up and let’s get moving!”

But we quickly learned that approach doesn’t work for everyone, especially for those dealing with gym anxiety, prior injuries, or needing more personalized support.

Now, we offer a Free Consultation to talk about goals, lifestyle, previous fitness experiences, concerns and help determine whether Precision Movement is the right fit.

Our Real Measure of Success

If you ask us how we define growth or measure success, we won’t point to numbers or square footage.
We’ll point to people.

Our gym community and culture? That’s everything.

We’ve seen strangers become best friends. Families start working out together. People gain new confidence, deepen their faith, reduce medications, even launch businesses. All from showing up consistently and doing the work.

We’ve had members walk through our doors thinking they weren’t capable of much… and walk out believing they can do anything.
Because if you can survive burpees, what can’t you do?

The space may have changed. The mission hasn’t.
Helping people move better through life, that’s still our why.

And if you’re reading this, maybe it’s your time to start.
