Athlete Stories | Ryan Alberts

I work for the crop insurance company Great American as an Application Supervisor.  I mostly work with crop adjusters to help them do their job more efficiently and help them to take care of the farmers that they support.  I enjoy watching my daughters participate in their various sports, while also showing livestock at the state and national level.

I started at Precision Movement two and a half years ago.  Before Precision Movement I spent a lot of time working out by myself, but I really needed people interaction and regular gyms just didn’t seem to provide what I needed.  Precision Movement has given me everything that I was looking for with shaping my fitness, and the support system to accomplish my goals is second to none.

My favorite part of Precision Movement is that there is always something new and challenging for me to work towards.  It’s also inspiring to watch other people accomplish goals that they once felt were out of their reach!

My future fitness goals are to get better at Wall walks and Wallballs.  I’m currently trying to get better at both while always trying to always get stronger!

If you could make the workout "Ryan", what would it look like (movements, repetitions, etc)?

The workout “Ryan” would have pullups, pushups and double-unders

Reps Pullups maybe 15

Pushups some rep count absurdly high

Double unders 30 or 40

No OHS!! (Overhead Squats)
