I started my own fitness journey in 2012 for the benefits of healthy aging. I immediately fell in love with lifting weights and the sense of accomplishment that came with working out. I dove headfirst into learning all that I could for my own self with lots of trial and error. As I stepped into the coaching role, I was excited to share my experience with others and help them on their path to a healthier life. My favorite movements to coach are the Olympic lifts (snatch, clean & jerk) and the foundations of gymnastics.
